Ellie Bartlett
Hello, all!! I am so incredibly excited for this summer and interacting with all of you at my favorite place on Earth. My name is Eliana Bartlett, but at camp I go by many names, including Ellie or Bug. Ellie is preferred. I am studying journalism at UL, with hopes to write/edit in fashion media. I am very passionate about my major, the Episcopal Church, and spreading light to all! Again, I am eager to helping campers experience the love and inspiration camp has to offer. See y’all this summer!
Mason Garner
Hello, I’m Mason Garner. I currently attend LSUS and am majoring in computer science with concentration in interactive design. I was born in Shreveport and raised in Frierson. My long-term goal with my major is to design user interfaces or some kind of 3D modeling. In terms of long-term goal for my life is to travel before I end up behind a desk. A fun fact about me is I love cooking everything and anything.
Grace Pierson
Hey! My name’s Grace Pierson and I am from Covington. I am currently studying biological engineering at LSU, and I hope to one day help design medical devices and prosthetics. I am so excited to again be a counselor this summer at one of my favorite places, and I can’t wait to meet all of the amazing campers!
Colt Deblieux
Hello! My name is Colt Deblieux and I am from Natchitoches. I am currently enrolled at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I am majoring in Biology with a minor in music. I hope to go to medical school in the future and maintain my love for music. I started going to Hardtner in 2012, and I’m excited to be able to continue the tradition.
Ava Trevino
Hey y’all! I’m Ava from League City, Texas and I go to school at Michigan State University. I am studying political science and hope to go to law school. I went to camp my senior year and loved it so much, I applied to be on staff! I am so excited for camp and to see what the summer has in store for everyone!
Cade Storozyszyn
Hi! My name is Cade Storozyszyn. I’m a student at LSU with a major in criminology and a minor in ceramics. I have attended Camp Hardtner as a camper and a counselor for over a decade. As a camp counselor I will facilitate and nurture the same friendships and love of God that I found at Hardtner years ago.
Landry Higgins
Hello! I am Landry Higgins. I was born in St. Francisville where I attended Grace Episcopal Church. I first heard about Camp Hardtner from my dad, who went when he was a kid. I am currently a freshman at Louisiana State University and I am majoring in animal science with a concentration in pre-veterinary medicine. Camp has been extremely formative for my Christian life and has helped me maintain a close relationship with Christ. All of my closest friendships were formed during the summers at Camp Hardtner and I am ecstatic to spend this summer with this wonderful community. I can’t wait to meet all the campers this summer and help them experience the love that I have always felt at Camp Hardtner.
Garrett Cook
Hey everyone! My name’s Garrett. I’m from Lindale, Texas and I go to school at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches. I’m currently studying to get a degree in hospitality management and tourism. In the future I hope to work in event planning. One fun fact about me is my biggest hobby is going mountain biking.
Emily Grace Loe
Hey there! My name is Emily Grace Loe, but at camp I’ve graciously been given the nickname “Egg.” I’m from Shreveport/Baton Rouge, and I’m currently studying Psychology at Louisiana State University. After I complete my undergraduate degree in May of 2021, I plan on pursuing a graduate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. A fun fact about me is my first ever day at camp as a camper was my birthday! I’m so looking forward to this summer that’s sure to be filled with spiritual growth and fun.
Cooper Miller
Howdy everyone! I’m Cooper Miller from Natchitoches. I go to the University of San Diego where I study Biochemistry. I want to be a Dermatologist here in San Diego to protect people from the dangers of skin problems. A fun fact about me is that I once ate 5 burgers and drank 2 shakes at In-N-Out. I can’t wait to meet you all this summer!
Sarah Whisnant
Hello I’m Sarah! I grew up in Baton Rouge, and am now a sophomore at LSU studying fashion merchandising and business. After college, my hopes are to eventually open my own clothing store, but for now, I’m ecstatic to live in the woods of Pollock as a member of the 2020 Permanent Staff! Attending Camp Hardtner has had a profound impact on me in every aspect. The Camp community is like no other and I’m so blessed that I get to be a part of it. I can’t wait to meet campers and help them grow closer to God, themselves, and one another.
Max Juge
I am excited to say that after 10 memorable years as a camper, I will be joining permanent staff this summer! I am Max from New Orleans, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Management at LSU and hope to continue to a job in commercial real estate. I can’t wait to provide a space for campers to experience the acceptance and love that felt in my years as a camper. I look forward to seeing all the new faces and growing in Christ this summer!
Emily Knight
Hey y’all! My name is Emily Knight and I am originally from Baton Rouge. I’m currently studying at Fordham University in New York City as an International Political Economy major with a double minor in Spanish and Music. I’m hoping to go to law school after undergrad to pursue a career in environmental law and maybe work for the National Parks Service. My lifelong claim to fame is that, my freshman year of college, Questlove accidentally punched me in the face and then gave me a pair of his drumsticks as an apology (it’s true I swear). I can’t wait to be back for my second year on staff and I know it’s going to be a great summer!
Jason Fisher
What’s going on everyone! I am so excited that I will be returning this summer! My name is Jason Fisher, and I am enrolled in the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (Geaux Cajuns). I am majoring in psychology with a minor in religious studies. I am hoping to one day be a counseling psychologist and to practice pastoral psychology. I am so excited to give the wonderful experience that my past counselors have given to me. I can’t wait for all of us to be playing games, worshiping, and being joyous at the best place on earth.
Grace Marks
Hi y’all! My name is Grace Marks. I am from Opelousas, and this year I have made the switch from the University of New Orleans to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette as a theater major. I am currently using my classes to learn more about what I want to do specifically, but I know that I would like my future to include theater and working with kids (hopefully together). I can’t wait for my 3rd summer singing fun songs in the woods with everyone!
David Kent
Hey everybody! My name is David Kent. I am a student at Baton Rouge Community College and I am currently pursuing a degree in social work. I was brought up in Rosedale, where I served as an acolyte for 8 years. I hope to enjoy life doing what I love with the people I love.
Corinn Hovis
Hey, I’m Corinn Hovis! I’m from Destrehan but I’m currently studying at LSU. I’m majoring in Child and Family studies and hope to one day open my own day care. A fun fact about me is that I am one of five girls; two older twins, two younger twins, and I’m stuck in the middle by myself. I am so excited for this summer and cannot wait to spend it in my favorite place!

Hi everyone! My name is Jack and I am from Mandeville. When I’m not at camp, I attend the Colorado School of Mines where I am studying mechanical engineering and am a member of Sigma Nu! I hope to one day work in engineering project management.
Devin Herbert
Hi everyone! My name is Devin Herbert. I am from Ruston and attend Louisiana Tech University and study Animal Science in hopes to become a Veterinarian one day. This will be my second year on Permanent Staff and I am thrilled to be back! A fun fact about me is that I have gone skydiving TWICE! This summer will be an amazing summer! I can’t wait to see everyone soon!
Tyler Ferris
Hey guys I’m Tyler! I’m from Saint Francisville. I have been coming to Camp Hardtner since I was 9 years old and Hardtner has been instrumental in my upbringing. I am so excited to spend this summer forging new relationships and continuing old ones with so many great people. See you at camp!
Caleb Kent – Media Manager
Hey guys! My name is Caleb Kent and I’m serving as Camp Hardtner’s media manager this summer. I’m working toward a degree in public relations and English at LSU. My goal is to work at a publishing company and possibly write books on the side. I’m so excited to help share the awesome things that happen at Camp Hardtner!
Emma Jane Johnson – Head of Logistics
My name is Emma Jane Johnson, and I am a graduating communications major at Texas Tech University. Guns Up! I grew up in Monroe, and plan to go to law school. I love Camp Hardtner and I am honored to be starting the role of Head Of Logistics!
Jacob LeMeunier – Head Counselor
Hey everyone, my name is Jacob LeMeunier! I currently attend the University of Kansas where I am pursuing a Master’s of Science in Higher Education Administration. At KU, I serve as the Graduate Assistant for the Sexual Assault Prevention & Education Center. In the Spring of 2019, I graduated Cum Laude from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration majoring in Finance. I was born and raised in Lafayette where I was an active parishioner at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church. In the future, I hope to attain a job working at a prominent two or four-year institution of Higher Education and earn a Master’s in Business Administration.
